I really was touched in the heart by his own compositions like “America”, “Simplicity”, “Just a City Boy”, “Ciao Bella” and “Shelter Island” which I received from him as bonus songs on tablature. Learning those pieces of music has really made me become FAN and from the moment, I realized that Adam’s teaching had started a beautiful process in me, I only wanted to play his arrangements. His Funky Finger Stuff has highly infected my soul and I’m just loving it. It’s a great joy to study and play this style. The magic of it is that I get more into Adam’s realm of music, with each new song that I learn to play. At the same time it gives new insights in his teaching on all the previous work. First of all ,Adam is a great teacher! He’s always encouraging and makes you feel like you can really learn and play these songs.He gives you all the tools needed right on his instructional videos.All you need to do is work at them and you will eventually be playing them,maybe not as clean and smooth right away but that’s where the consistent practice comes in.let’s face it,if we could all play as great as Adam we would be touring the world as well.He is one of the blessed and gifted one who gives generously of his time and talent in these great videos.
