The Beatles were one of my first HUGE musical inspirations, and still are.
“In My Life” is no doubt John Lennon’s masterpiece, but John and Paul had a little debate over who wrote the melody…
I say it’s mostly John “with a little bit of help from his friend.” I had to pull off some Van Halen-esqe techniques to get the George Martin piano solo happening! 🙂
And if you’ve followed me for some time, you’ll note that I have toned down my orgasmic facial expressions since the first version I did in 2012 🙂
The Beatles are a never-ending source of inspiration for me!
