This article is about some of my early struggles as a pro guitar player and how I overcame them…I hope you like the info here.
As a young jazz guitar player I really struggled making ends meet.
I taught, played weddings, did little gigs and in NYC it was a “scramble”. If you live in a smaller town, with less musicians – it can be a little easier.
You may be in this situation yourself, wondering how you can boost your gigs, raise you prices, and so on.

A: Drum roll please….I am getting outside help for running tech support and other parts of the site.
Q: “How long will it take to get Adam’s responses to videos and questions?”
A: I will send you responses to you as quickly as possible, hopefully within 5-7 days.
This “video response” teaching process is totally new for me, so I will have to see how the flow goes. Often I am on tour in places with no wifi, but I will do my best to get you answers as quickly as possible.
Q: Why not just do SKYPE lessons instead?
A: At the moment, because of tour scheduling and technical hassles with wifi, it is very hard to do skype lessons.
With the “video uploads and feedback responses” we can communicate when it is most convenient for both of us.
This saves you time, hassle and money – and helps everything fit with your work & family schedule.
